Mr. Taylor began his planning career in Berlin, New Hampshire, in 1977. While there he led major downtown development initiatives, public works construction projects, and economic development efforts.
From 1989 to 2003 he was the director of the New Hampshire Office of State Planning under Governors Judd Gregg, Stephen Merrill, and Jeanne Shaheen. He founded this firm after leaving state service. He has been the recipient of many honors and awards.

Mr. Whitman began his planning career in 1996 working at the regional level, first in western Massachusetts and then, in 1997, with the Lakes Region Planning Commission in New Hampshire.
He then worked at the New Hampshire Office of State Planning, before re-joining Mr. Taylor in this firm during its initial year of operation. In addition to being a practicing planner, Mr. Whitman is an adjunct professor at Plymouth (NH) State University.
